Are all of your products 100% Natural?

Yes. We only use the finest natural, organic or wild harvested ingredients we can find. This includes essential oil, carrier oils, butters, GMO FREE soy wax and natural oils. We do not use anything artificial (no chemicals, no dyes, no fillers, no synthetics, no preservatives, and no artificial fragrance). We are a vegan and cruelty free company.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are 100% natural and handmade so they tend to have variations from batch to batch i.e. texture, look, colour, consistency or smell all can vary batch to batch.

Do you use preservatives?

Because our ingredients are pure and fresh, and we want to keep them that way, we do not use artificial or synthetic preservatives. As a result, our products expire with time. Please refer to the shelf life displayed on each product.

Do your products contain nut oils?

Our NOURISH Light Moisturising Lotion is the only product in our range that contains Sweet Almond Oil.

However other than that our products DO NOT contain ground nuts (Peanuts) or any of the following tree nut oils: Almond, Hazelnut, Macadamia or Brazil.

However, we ask that you please review each products ingredient list carefully and if you have a history of skin allergies, we suggest performing a patch test before use.

This can be done by placing a small amount of product on the inside of your forearm and covering with a waterproof adhesive and leaving for 24-48 hours, keeping the area free from moisture. If after this period the skin is irritated, then we suggest avoiding the product.

Do you sell wholesale?

What are your payment options?

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final however we will offer a replacement or a credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email (sarah@barenaturals.co.za) with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

When will I receive my order?

SHIPPING TIMES: Currently items ship or are available for pick up within 24 – 48 hours after purchase. If you have any problems with your order (not received or not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want our customers to be happy and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

DURBAN BASED CUSTOMERS: All customers in Durban have the option to pick up their order directly from us in Somerset Park.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally; however we hope to have this option available soon!

PRODUCT CARE + STORAGE

All products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight for optimum quality and therapeutic benefits. Some products may have low melting points, temperature sensitivity, etc. Please contact me with any questions.
