Are all of your products natural?
Yes! We only use the finest natural, organic or wild harvested ingredients we can find. This includes essential oils, carrier oils, floral waters, butters, GMO FREE soy wax and natural oils. We do not use anything artificial (no chemicals, no dyes, no fillers, no synthetics, and no artificial fragrance).
Please keep in mind that all of our products are 100% natural and handmade so they tend to have variations from batch to batch i.e. texture, look, colour, consistency or smell all can vary batch to batch.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes our entire line is 100% Vegan and cruelty free.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products are pure and natural they do expire with time, typically 9 – 24 months. Please refer to the shelf life displayed on each product. If they are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. Our moisturizing lotions contain water and are therefore preserved with the following natural and food-grade preservatives,Potassium Sorbate and Citric Acid.
Do your products contain nut oils?
Yes. Our BEARD OILS contact Argan Oil and our NOURISH and BABY WASH contain Sweet Almond Oil. These types of nut oils dont typically irritate people with nut allergies however we suggest performing a skin patch test before use.
This can be done by placing a small amount of product on the inside of your forearm and covering with a waterproof adhesive and leaving for 24-48 hours, keeping the area free from moisture. If after this period the skin is irritated, then we suggest avoiding the product.
Do you sell wholesale?

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final however we will offer a replacement or a credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
How soon can I expect my order?
COURIER: Items are generally packed and ready for collection within 24 – 48 hours after purchase. If you have any problems with your order (not received or not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want our customers to be happy and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
DURBAN BASED CUSTOMERS: All customers in Durban have the option to pick up their order directly from us in Sunningdale, Umhlanga.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally; however we hope to have this option available soon!
PRODUCT CARE + STORAGE
All products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight for optimum quality and therapeutic benefits. Some products may have low melting points, temperature sensitivity, etc. Please contact me with any questions.
